Back Up First

A recent wipe can be undone below under "Recent Wipes," as long as nothing has overwritten those same keys since. That's a safety net, not a substitute for a real backup — still export one from the Batch Management page ("Export Backup" button) before using either tool here.

Clear All Batch Data

Permanently deletes every batch, roster, attendance record, score, and log. Your configured Users, Clients, LOBs, and Locations are kept as-is. Use this to wipe test/demo batches and start fresh with your real batches.

Factory Reset — Wipe Everything

Permanently deletes everything: every batch, plus your configured Users, Clients, LOBs, and Locations. The app reverts to its 2 default accounts (Administrator, Senior Manager) and default locations, as if freshly installed.

Recent Wipes

Each row is one Clear All Batch Data / Factory Reset click. Restoring puts every key from that wipe back exactly as it was right before — but only if nothing has since overwritten those same keys.
